What courier do you use and what are your delivery times?
We use Royal Mail as our courier as we have found them to be the most reliable.
You can choose between 24 or 48 hour delivery, depending on how fast you need your order.
If you choose 1st Class, your order should arrive in 1-2 business days, and if you choose 2nd Class, your order should arrive in 2-4 business days.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes. All our earrings are made using steel that is nickel and lead-free. If you require a custom order using sterling silver hooks or posts, please get in touch
How should I care for my jewellery?
We recommend avoiding wearing your jewellery in the shower or whilst swimming and storing your jewellery in a dry place. Clean it gently with a damp cloth to maintain its shine and quality.
What happens if my item doesn’t arrive?
Please allow 5–7 days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, get in touch and we’ll investigate and ensure a resolution.
Do you accept returns?
In the unlikely event that your product arrives broken or damaged, we can refund you the value of the product that is damaged or replace the product free of charge. Refunds and replacements are valid for orders placed no longer than 30 days prior to the refund request.

Shipping & Delivery
- All items are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
- We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.
- Deliveries are made via Royal Mail.

Returns Policy
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
- In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we’ll happily offer a refund or replacement.
- Refunds are valid for items reported within 30 days of delivery.

Jewellery Care
- Avoid contact with water, lotions, or perfumes.
- Do not wear jewellery in the shower, during sports, or while sleeping.
- Clean your item gently with a soft, damp cloth.
- Store it in a cloth bag or box to avoid scratching.
